"We hired Cheri as our day-of-coordinator and it was the best decision. She allowed my mom and other close family members and friends to simply be a guest and enjoy my wedding ceremony and reception rather than worry about assigned duties and if everything was going ok. She is so genuinely kind (which is so important), impressively talented, and very detailed oriented. We met with her a couple times before my wedding weekend and she laid everything out which helped me immensely with organization and seeing my dream come to life. She took charge at my rehearsal and helped it go so smoothly, everyone in the wedding party understood the plan by the end of it. I know that the pastor, the pianist and the DJ all absolutely loved Cheri because they told me so. She helped everyone’s jobs be easier just by taking care of the details. Practically speaking, on my wedding day Cheri: dropped off boutonnières, set up last minute decor at the church, organized and cued the wedding party and pianist, monitored the timeline, checked in with me and my husband and how we were feeling, moved some decor from the church to the venue, set up desserts, adjusted my centerpieces, passed out tip envelopes to all my vendors, informed vendors where to set up, funneled questions from the wedding party and answered them, kept the reception timeline on track and SO much more. I am certain I don’t even know about everything she did. At this point, I can’t imagine planning a wedding and not having a day-of-coordinator to take care of the timeline and all the details that need done throughout the big day, and there is no better person around than Cheri!"
